View Events & Make Adjustments
Attendance advisor displays all events (absence, tardy, etc.) that have been imported from your ADP Workforce Now® Essential Time, as well as manually-entered and adjusted events, allowing you to review data, make any adjustments, and enter new events prior to running documentation and reports.
View & Print Documents
Attendance Advisor shows all disciplinary notices or other actions at an employee level, including status indicators that can be used to review specific actions: New, Issued, Returned, Etc. to manage, review, and print necessary documentation.
Attendance Balance Tracking
Attendance Advisor tracks the balances of all employees and the points acquired against their overall balance, reducing the manual nature of tracking and automating notifications when an employee balance reaches a threshold.
Reporting & Data Management
Reports are available to track disciplinary action status and point balances.
Single Sign-On & Data Sync
Login to Attendance Advisor directly from ADP and leverage the API integration for automatic overnight data sync, with the ability to push sync data at any time.
